If you or a loved one can benefit from non-medical end of life support by a team of caring people, we can help. Or if you are experiencing grief after the death of someone you care about, we can help.
We are the Hospice Volunteer Services of CHANS Home Health & Hospice. This website provides specific information about the Volunteer Services available and information about becoming a volunteer. For more information about Hospice services please visit

We offer a wide range of support services for both the person undergoing end-of-life and those close to him or her. These services can be something as simple as a friendly visit with an outstretched hand, or helping family members in their time of transition.
We also provide grief support groups which can help you better
cope with loss and demonstrate that you are not alone in your journey.
Trained volunteers are the core of our organization, so you know that our services come first from the heart.
