Meet Margaret Zillioux, our Hospice Volunteer Services Coordinator
Margaret is the Coordinator of Volunteer Services for CHANS Home Health Care's Hospice Care Program and is responsible for all the training and coordination of our volunteers.
Margaret holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Iowa. Previous to joining the Hospice Care Program she worked in community mental health, as well as in higher education at the University of Iowa, University of Maine, and Bowdoin College. Margaret proudly volunteered her time as a Hospice Volunteer with the then Hospice Volunteers of Midcoast Maine before she accepted her current position. Meet Andy Sokoloff, LMSW, our Hospice Grief and Bereavement Services Coordinator
Andy is our Grief and Bereavement Services Corrdinator for the CHANS Hospice Care Program and administers all of the grief support groups and trains, supervises, and supports the Hospice Volunteer Peer Facilitators who run the grief support groups. He also serves as a resource for community members and organizations in need of information and/or educational presentations about grief and bereavement.
Andy received his Master's degree in Social Work from the University of New England in 2010. While in graduate school interned at People Plus, in Brunswick, and at The Maine Hospice Council and Center For End of Life Care.
