Our Grief Support Services
CHANS Home Health & Hospice's Hospice Care Program offers the peer grief and bereavement support groups and services free to our local community through the services of our Hospice Volunteers.
CHANS Grief Support Groups provide a confidential and warm environment where participants can grieve with other who have also experienced loss. All groups are led by specially trained Volunteer Grief Facilitators and are free of charge.
Our library is a sanctuary where all are welcome. It is free to all professionals and community members interested in learning more about the issues of death, dying, grief, and loss. The library is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
