Good morning Fotini,

Thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I wanted to let you know how outstanding I thought my mother's care team was; not only the staff at Bodwell, but her hospice care, as well. Crystal Austin, RN and Nancy Bloch, LCSW were fabulous. They were so compassionate and competent. They gave me a packet of information when my mother went into acute hospice that was great. In fact, I re-read it the morning she died and felt I was (relatively) prepared.

I have nothing but praise for the care my mother received.
